Ingredients: Water, Organic Bread Flour, Stoneground Organic Rye, Cultured Organic Rye, Salt.

Paper bag and stickers are compostable. Crust will harden naturally after 2-3 days. To soften, transfer to plastic bag or bread box. Freezing is best for long term storage.
