[FRZ] Corn Romesco Stuffed Peppers[V/GF]

Local bell peppers stuffed with a rice, corn, onion, tomato, and pepper filling, topped with romesco sauce - made with roasted local peppers, almonds, olive oil, and garlic- and cheddar cheese. 1-2 peppers per pint and 3-4 peppers per quart.
