One quart of local Smith Farm turkey slowly simmered in our own mole sauce (made with garlic, onions, dried chilies, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, apricots, raisins, coco powder and corn tortillas), rolled inside flour tortillas with cheddar cheese and topped with our own enchilada sauce.
